How the Bad Beat Jackpot at Absolute Poker Works
First of all, you have to play at one of the Bad Beat Jackpot tables. From the rake at those tables, a small portion of every pot goes towards the Absolute Poker bad beat jackpot. When a bad beat strikes, every one from the victim and the winner of the bad beat hand to the other players at each and every bad beat table get a share of the bad beat jackpot.
How the Absolute Poker Bad Beat Jackpot is Paid Out
When a bad beat strikes, 25% of the jackpot rolls over to the next jackpot and the remaining portion of cash is divided in the following way:
- -50% goes to the Bad Beat victim (the loser of the hand)
- -25% goes to the winner of the hand
- -$1000 goes to every other player at the Bad Beat table
- -Whatever is left after this is divided amongst every player who is playing the same game type and stakes.
